Subject: My Compliments!
Dear Andrea;
Thank you for sharing your writing with me at an
observation of your English class in the library. The two writings: Horror
and Nature and Three Poems/Andrea Cambron from “Singularity”,
were a pleasure to read.
While I do not know you, it is very clear that you
have a gift (perhaps “are a gift”) to be shared, and it is a pleasure to have
you with us at Sag Harbor.
I note from your writing: “We are own drug and our
jail if we don´t communicate our feelings to others, we are trapped in
ourselves. Loneliness is the only thing left”. Very true, but no need for that
to be a problem for you. No jail for Andrea.
Just keep communicating, communicating, communicating.
Keep it up.
And
“I want to find myself
Where am I?
Who am I?
I´m scared of me!”
Be yourself.
You are here – enjoy it
You are somebody special. Take it from an educator who
has been observing students for 38 years. Andrea Cambron is somebody
special.
It´s OK to be scared. But, keep in mind what President
Franklin D. Roosevelt said; “There is nothing to fear but fear itself”. OK to
be anxious now and then, but your competence, intellect and gusto for life will
carry you through the hard times. You do have real ability. No need to be
“scared”.
Thank you again for sharing with me. Keep being what
and who you are.
My Compliments.
